The ancient town of Fenghuang was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List on March 28, 2008 in the Cultural category. This ancient town was regarded as the most beautiful town in China by New Zealand writer Rewi Alley. It was built in Kangxi forty-three years (1704), and has 300 years of history. The ancient city is a gathering place for Miao and Tujia ethnic minority.

A view inside Big Four Ice Caves along the Mountain Loop Highway near Silverton, Washington.  The glacier itself is located far below at the base of Big Four Mountain & the ceiling height is 30-40 feet up.  Falling snow & debris could be heard above, plus a constant threat of small avalanches.  Entering the cave is not recommended as a collapse or other dangers could occur at any moment.

Panoramas on 360cities.net (the website) can now be seen in virtual reality (VR) on Google Cardboard, with support for other hardware headsets coming soon.

 

Here’s what you need to do in order to partake in the VR experience on 360cities.net:

  • Buy the Cardboard from Google or DIY
  • Get your Android or iPhone ready
  • Tap on the image – it will then go “fullscreen” and you’ll have 2 icons in top right corner – one is for gyro and one is for VR (eye)
  • Tap on the VR icon and activate the Gyro

 

  • The screen will be divided in two with the same image displayed side by side

  • Insert your phone into the Cardboard viewer
  • You are now inside the panorama – look up, down, and around…and ENJOY!

Комсомольская площадь в городе Хабаровске. До революции на площади стоял Успенский собор, недавно на его месте построен храм-памятник. С площади по широким лестницам, через парк, можно спуститься к набережной Амура. На площади берёт начало улица Муравьёва-Амурского.

赤レンガ作りの東京駅とオフィスビルの夜景が美しい JR東京駅丸の内南口前、旧東京中央郵便局敷地に2013年3月、開業したのがKITTEだ。6階にある屋上庭園は約1500平方メートルの開放的な空間で、ここからは東京駅丸の内駅舎、新幹線や在来線などの往来、丸の内・八重洲のオフィスビル街の景色が楽しめる。赤レンガでレトロな雰囲気が美しい東京駅はライトアップされていて、その回りに林立するビルの灯りも美しい。ウッドデッキを歩きながら、都会の夜景をゆったり楽しみたい。
