The big house of a single compartment. A long corridor. In the background two large levers, built with wooden beams. Running throughout the corridor, the bins, cubbyholes masonry, to store the olive. The Lagar de Varas do Fojo in Moura, today a museum, has an ancient history. In the course of a century came to life every autumn at the time of olive harvesting.
