During my recent Orion expedition to the Russian Far East I had to fly in and out of Tokyo. During my stopover on the way back the concierge at the Strings hotel gave me the name of this great local tempura restaurant. I had a fantastic meal and was warmly received by the Noriko and her brother and mother.
