One can never understand the vastness of the damage that Japan suffered after the recent earthquake and the tsunami wave without witnessing the damage with their own eyes. We now invite you to take a horrific virtual tour. These panoramas are part of the Japan Pano Journalism Project, which aims to document the 2011 Japan Earthquake damage and recovery with 360º panoramic photography. What you can see on this blog is only a fraction of the actual panoramas created.

The significant costs of travel, photography, and creation of the project blog were provided by Nodal Ninja, Kolor, Pano2VR, and PTGui. Without these sponsors, the Japan Pano Journalism project would not have been possible.
