This is an observatory located on top of Mt. Rokko designed by Hiroshi SAMBUICHI, a famous architect in Japan.The wooden structure at the center of this observatory is designed with the image of a trunk of a large tree, and the mesh-like frame with the image of branches and leaves.In other words, Rokko Shidare is like an enormous tree.
