We have recently updated points 8.a.2, 8.a.3, and 8.h of our Terms and Conditions for photographers.
8.a.2 has been updated to reflect the fact that we may display panoramas on subsidiary websites like 360gigapixels.com (if they meet the necessary requirements), and that image credits will be shown where possible and appropriate in cases when images are licensed.
8.a.3 has been update to reflect the fact that we now calculate royalties based on 40% of gross proceeds from sales of your images instead of 55% percent of revenue minus associated expenses. The change is designed to provide more visibility to contributing photographers.
