Introducing Peter Pook: 360º Contributor of the Month – February

We are thrilled to spotlight Peter Pook as our featured contributor of the month. He comes from the beautiful land of Canada and he has been an integral part of the 360Cities community since September 17, 2009.

A self-taught photographer with an insatiable curiosity for the art, Peter’s passion for photography has been a constant companion throughout his personal and professional journey. His exploration extends across various realms, including macro- and microscopic, stereoscopic, infrared, and panoramic photography.

In recent years, Peter has delved into the fascinating world of creating wide-field compound images through the microscope and capturing spherical-panoramic views of both the natural and industrial environment. His work seamlessly blends artistic expression with scientific exploration.

With over 200 panoramas to his name, Peter has earned the esteemed Expert status within the 360Cities community. During the month of January, he shared with us 24 captivating 360º images, each offering a unique view into different locations. From the scenic Madeira Island to the historic churches and museums of the Azores, Peter’s work invites viewers to join his visual journey.
