Introducing Valentín Gallego Gallardo: 360º Contributor of the Month – October

This month, we’re excited to feature Valentín Gallego Gallardo, a passionate spherical photographer and talented artist from Albacete, Spain. With a Doctorate in Fine Arts and a degree in Art History, Valentín brings a blend of creativity and academic expertise to his panoramas. His deep appreciation for artistic, cultural, and natural heritage is evident in every image he captures, creating a connection between the viewer and the world.

Valentín has been a dedicated member of 360Cities since 2013, sharing a collection of 283 panoramas. September alone saw 48 new panoramas from the exhibition “WATER” by renowned Spanish photographer Isabel Muñoz. Hosted in the Centro Cultural de la Asunción Exhibition Hall in Albacete, this exhibition highlights the fragility of our oceans in the face of global warming and plastic pollution. In his 360-degree photographs, Valentín immerses us in the serene setting of the 16th-century convent’s cloister, allowing viewers to experience the powerful message of Muñoz’s seascapes in an entirely new way.

By removing the distractions of the visiting public in his images, Valentín enhances the immersive experience, inviting us to dive deeply into the artwork and feel the silence and reflection of the space. His panoramas offer not just a view of the exhibition but an opportunity to engage with it on a profound level.
